Expo Real is the biggest trade fair for real estate and investment in Europe. Since 1998 it has been organized by Messe München GmbH in the grounds of Messe München every year. In 2016 Expo Real covered an exhibition area of 64,000 square meters. There were 39,101 participants from 77 countries, including 20,138 representatives from 1,768 exhibiting companies.
MIPIM is an international property event hosted in Cannes, France each March. The event aims to facilitate business between investors, corporate end-users, local authorities, hospitality professionals, industrial and logistics players and other real estate professionals.
